This machine is used for cleaning and drying flat glass with a thickness of 2-12mm.
The machine adopts horizontal bedroom structure, with stable transmission, high efficiency and safety.
The work flow is simple to operate. The materials are transferred into the feeding section through the rubber roller,
smoothly delivered to the cleaning and drying section, and then discharged to complete the work.
The transmission speed is designed as stepless speed regulation, and the speed regulation must be carried out in the
startup state; The hot air temperature can be set and adjusted according to the process needs.

4. Equipment structure description
A. Structure part
1. the frame of the whole machine is welded by square tube;
2. the upper part adopts the spring type upper pressing roller, and the glass is not easy to deviate;
3. the cleaning part is cleaned with four groups of brushes and dried with four groups of sponges;
4. one water tank and one water pump are provided for water supply and recycling;
5. the discharge section is equipped with a group of drying, and the temperature can be set freely.
B. Conveying system
1. the conveying rubber roller of the whole machine adopts the vulcanized rubber all inclusive structure
(it is strictly prohibited to contact with acidic liquid);
2. the rubber roller is driven by chain;
3. the feeding roller is driven by a chain;
4. the lower rubber roller is fixed, and the height of each upper rubber roller can be manually adjusted;
5. the conveying motor can be adjusted manually. It is strictly forbidden to stop the machine for adjustment.
